Aloha is more than a word of greeting or farewell or a salutation.

Aloha means mutual regard and affection and extends warmth in caring with no obligation in return. Aloha is the essence of relationships in which each person is important to every other person for collective existence.

I have a passion for serving and am always looking for opportunities to help—not just in braille but in all of life. The braille industry has a wonderful economy of help—the more help you give, the more help you receive. It is amazing to be a part of that economy and the relationships that grow because of it. The Aloha spirit in action.
